with people nowadays? One guy just lost to my son (11)- and start complaining that my son is cheater and will get reported - funny part that he lost because he was doing stupid passes in the end.

yeah… I turned off all chat long time ago… usually mic and voice is turned off too.
By mistake left it on after using ‘play with friend’ - we do play with my son on two consoles 
- pain in the butt to maintain TWO accounts - to have any chance against him
