Yea I really wanted to pair him with Kareem but I’m not seeing him doing better than diamond magic or Pd harden. I wish they would hit us with a magic and Bird duo

My 99 Oscar has been an outstanding PG all year, never left my lineup. Very good at everything, not amazing at any one thing

But better than a 6’9 magic with hof dimer? I feel like that height difference would be noticeable and Pd harden is just too crazy off dribble and hof shooting badges. I thought about selling him earlier but he just wins me over with his play time and time again

Oscar is a great ball handler and playmaker. His shot isn’t great so you can expect it to drop always, but if he’s open, it’s going in 99% of the time

Oscar has never been a fan favorite and his diamond card has typically always gotten fairly cheap no matter how OP the stats are I’m surprised how expensive he’s been so far.

Oscar is a tank. His shot is really not bad at all, to me. He’s not going to fire off quick shots on close outs like Melo, but he’s going to hit most open shots because you have that extra split second to green the fuck out of it. His passing is phenomenal, his defense is solid AF, and he dunks way better than his stats suggest. That being said, I don’t use him that much because I like other cards better… but that doesn’t mean he sucks whatsoever.

Does most of this also apply to his diamond?

Yeah, the PD and the diamond (w/ duo) are nearly identical in every way… including badges. The HOF badges are the same and stats only vary by 1-3 per category.

Ima rock him with the Kareem and see how he does. He’s one of those players that I would be good with. I do like that he has post game to. But I’m good with weird players like Marcus smart and shit lol

He’s just solid all around, really.

Let me know what you think. I may make the leap but it’s so hard getting rid of him for magic or harden since they rarely disappoint
