Stupid question about who to guard indicator

this is the second time this has disappeared for me in 2k20. Once in 2k19

it says my who to guard indicator is on, but it isn’t… this time it is on for online modes (tto at least) but off when I play the offline challenges

I imagine someone on here has had this problem and gotten it solved before?

reddit says to delete my career files but I have a 70plus overall and I don’t really want to delete that

anyone here can help me before I go to dreadful 2k support?

Try turning the indicator off and then back on, if you haven’t already. I’ve never had this issue btw.

yea I tried that but doesn’t seem to work. maybe I’ll play one game with it off and go back and try to turn it on
