I wish i would’ve done it sooner. Dated or not, that card is absolutely incredible to me. First game of the night went 20-29 5/6 from 3 against someone’s GOAT/POTM squad. I’m sure they won’t but I’m hoping he gets a duo with Ray Allen or pierce before the games Over. I can’t imagine how this card would play with boosted stats and tendencies.Do any of you guys still give your KG card run?

I run Yao as my 5 and usually Kareem as my PF. I now run Yao and KG/ Kareem
And AD. I feel way more confident in KG at the 4 for some reason. He just plays like a demon for me. Card is crazy fun to use, why didn’t anybody tell me this lol??

Of course wanted an elite KG all year but I really hate locking sets, especially with cards I won’t use that are in the set. Also in the end game it’s like there’s BIN cards that are as good if not way better than him on paper. I get the whole ‘use players you like and have fun’ perspective and I agree, but I would be more likely to grab KG even if he was 400k auctionable vs locking in 200k MT for him, if that makes any sense.

I’ve used the card since he first dropped, and I never lock sets. Had to have KG, though. One of my favorite cards of the year.
I just don’t understand why they never updated him like some of the other cards. Have to keep you spending on new cards, I guess. Crooks.

I feel it bro. I have every meta card in the game and pulled a pg Giannis out of 3 singles last night so i had a lot of extra MT and nothing to use it on. Figured I’d just get cards i wanted to lock in since it’s over any way. KG and KAT were the only ones i hadn’t tried yet.
His jumper was cleaned up after the patch. I ran him last night for the first time in a while and he was draining 3s, a few deep ones too. Love this card, wish he got goat treatment.

Yeah man, his shots super easy to green and his dunk sigs are nasty. Hard to imagine why they didn’t at least give him a duo. This card has top card in the game potential if it was treated with respect.

I immediately regretted locking him in when he first came out. I just hated his release and he was bricking too much for my liking. He’s been collecting dust for a few months now, but I’m glad others are enjoying him.

Wish they just upgraded his handles. Hes good in a straight line but isn’t saucy, not really my style anyways but every other big can so why not

Yeah man. I love seeing a prime 1 lock thread during endgame. @NoCoJake made one too. Glad people are seeing this card’s greatness. I think I’m one of the few with Karl in my lineup. Hopefully that doesn’t change cause he’s crazy good as well

I threw the Reebok SWB shoes on and it helped his handles a little. He can slash a lot better and cuts to the basket nicely off a well timed screen. Of course he isn’t saucing guys like the newer bigs, but i can make it work with efficiency. I’m gonna run him until i jump on 2k21
