Title. Now that they’re both BIN, I’m looking to cop one. My current bigs are D Rob/DI Hakeem and Oden/DI Shaq. I’ll likely replace DI Shaq, at long last. Never replacing Hakeem until a better auctionable one comes out.
Sampson can hit the corner threes and so would be invaluable for spacing. But I worry about his lower speed/accel (70s vs kareem’s mid 80s). Their lateral quickness is comparable.
Anyone have anything to say about either of these cards?
Oden would be a good center IMO
Kareem feels faster to me by a ton. But Ralph can shoot 3s consistantly if you’re being offballed. Kareem wins everything for me, but the outside shooting.
This is true. Damn cheap, and is a mix of Kareem and Ralph imo
I suppose I could move him to center, and then acquire a PF. But the reason I haven’t is that there are literally no good PF’s in my price range, and Oden makes a fantastic 4 with his extremely high speed and LQ, plus the 3 ball.

Any other PF recommendations? Can’t afford KG, Siakam was amazing but a tad undersized, Russell was truly GOAT but I can’t have a PF that can’t shoot. Amare was glorious but kind of a liability on D… man, maybe I need to go back to Bob Love. I always try to have all-HOF defensive stopper teams, but Bob Love and Josh Smith are just so small.

Sampson can hit any open 3 not just corner 3s. If you’re open pull it. I’ve used both and I’d say go Sampson. They’re very similar but the extra two inches and the useable three ball makes a huge difference. Just know that the trade off is Kareem can get up to 96 speed and Ralph can get up to 79
Antawn Jamison is the best BIN 4 in the game imo and it’s not even close. Him offensively by a mile and Siakim by a fair margin for defense

Who would you say is the best PF on a sub-80k budget?
Just spend a little more and get Jamison you won’t regret it. My PF does the least out of everyone on the court and he still stands out. Usually my PF just gets 7-10 pts 5 boards and 5 assists and call it a night. He’s a 30 point threat every game if I’m feeding him properly
Other than him I run Alonzo Mourning for dirt cheap at the backup PF just because he has 14 HOF badges so he’s Bill Russell with a 3 ball. Actual Bill Russell is probably better than everyone else there at just about everything with no 3 ball being the trade off
Diamond Porzingis is also worth a long look, IDK what his price is at now but I swooped him for around 80k.

Meta wise, not considering Galaxy Opals, If you have a run and gun 7 seconds or less play style like I do Jamison is critical. If you like to slow your offense down find the open man and run plays Porzingis is critical. Final verdict
