those wheels look $20,000 alone. Crazy.
That is one of the nicest looking vehicles I’ve ever seen
Not a fan of the mall crawler build
Only in the US of A
To each their own. When I look at that, I’m just marveling at how it’s a Rubicon, with the lightbar, brush guard, looks like a winch, lifted…and then with huge-ass wheels so that it’s rolling on relatively very thin rubber.
Is there any off-road scenario in which it actually would make sense to have all that clearance, but not give a shit about comfort, traction, and risk of flats?
Or is it definitely just about cosplaying ruggedness?
I would think the latter lol.
Still looks sick as fuck
It’s the ultimate poser build. He probably got the cheapest stuff he could find off Amazon. He probably ride around with his light bar on like douche. That jeep won’t leave pavement. Some dude came to me for advice to buy a Raptor he showed a raptor with a 4 inch lift kit. I told him don’t do it. You’re buying vehicle which is expensive because of its off-road capabilities. All the extra money you spending is because of the ready made off-road suspension. When you lift a vehicle you render the suspension useless. It’s basically you riding around on stilts. All you did was stretch out the suspension and held it in place adding more wear and tear on the bolts and joints because the engineers didn’t design the suspension to be stretched out 24/7. Another thing they don’t talk about when you add those crossmember lifts is you gotta cut the frame and you can’t reverse it be go back to stock. Now you got weak points in the frame. Another thing they don’t talk about is the camber tire wear. Now you eating through tires.
There was a time when I thought that those kinda cars were cool and then puperty passed…
And I stopped buying hotwheels
What it really needs is a snorkel. And color matched to the red that is used as an accent elsewhere.
Would really tie it all together.
