I had a thought earlier that Im sure 2K has had or even could be considering for the future, What if we had a MyTeam Central Area like MyCareer has instead of just straight up menus for everything.
Showcase cards on the walls/Have a Collection Room. Friends can watch you open Packs, Bring their cards over and 1v1 on your MyCourt. The possibilities are ENDLESS, plus they could throw in tons of customization stuff too.
Would you want something like this and what would you like to be able to do/have it contain feature wise?
Some cool things I’ve considered for this too, Would be nice to have a completely revamped jersey customization system since it hasnt changed at all the past few years. They have that MyTeam Building in the Park but its damn near pointless, just to drive a few people to MyTeam but they do that with the Advertising anyways lol
Could add card trading which I think at SOME point MyTeam will try, I mean they’ve tried adding in the MyPlayers somewhat and nobody could have ever guessed that would be a thing. Would be nice to see them give that a bit more attention too
Hey man don’t get too crazy with this stuff… they only one year could get a draft mode in to never actually update it… let alone this kinda stuff
Would’ve been cool if 2K allowed us to “upgrade” our “my player MyTeam card” instead of just having a crappy one every year. It would actually give peeps an incentive to grind their player on Mycareer so that the “player MyTeam card” gets upgraded as well.
2K missed a big opportunity with making our Myplayer MyTeam Cards being an Evo
This is only the surface of it too, im not the most creative person but man you could do some insane stuff and really bring it to the next level on the future consoles i bet
The only pain in the ass is that 2K doesn’t always put their best effort in. I could definitely see some of these ideas becoming a reality with next gen consoles on the way
Due to 2K sloppy coding, I’d be sure that it would still be messed up lol.
Also, I don’t really buy this “instantaneous loading” that manufactorers are selling atm. Sure, NVM disks are cool and all, but still, I’m really sceptical here.
I definitely am too, they prob are exaggerating a bit! But if a concept like this was executed correctly it would be insane. But history shows we cant even get a damn myteam agenda that works properly lol
