would y’all say that most of the 2K community / players are actually good at the game and know how to use their stick skills to their advagange ?
Most people on social media trash the game ( DONT GET ME WRONG this game is no where near perfect, I prefer how the game was at launch), but do you believe the majority of those people trash it because they’re just not… good at it ?
Haha no. 8/10 people zig zag around screens, and off ball on D. They have no basketball IQ, therefore, do not actually play sim basketball. Trash
See, I agree, I believe 2K has always had the problem of making their game user friendly than to making more of a skill gap … i LOVED the game at launch, defense was a big factor, but now the game is so different , more user friendly
I definitely wouldn’t say not playing sim 24/7 makes you trash. The people who are shut down when they can’t PNR spam are trash. It’s also hard to play sim 24/7 cause of offball cause then you’re the PNF/PNR spammer more times than not. Plays work but these cards are getting better steal ratings every week. Even when protecting the ball, the game will grant your opponent steals dependent on ratings and badges.
Thing about it is I think they are good mainly because the game is made for cheese so they cheese good. If you get what I’m saying.

Thank you bruh. These past few weeks, I’ve learned when I gotta offball certain players. I used to be on ball 100%, but that’s just not the way to go this year. I’m not boutta on been dude who can’t score without calling for a screen and zig zagging 90% of a game. I’ll gladly get the user rebound with my center when they clank that shit though.
No one wants to admit it but plays are lowkey cheese as well those off ball screens legit are only guardable if you off ball it. If you let cpu try and defend it you will die by the 3.
Exactly. If you switch on too late, the player literally just gets stuck. No screen animation necessary. They’re “money plays” alright
Lmao exactly even when I offball sometimes I’m no where near the picker and I’ll still get sucked in and sometimes even stuck on my own teammate. Also post fade is cheesy too and I use those the most. All in all everything that works is cheese man
You’re preaching to the choir. You can KNOW they’re not going pick side and magically get caught in an animation. Thats my biggest problem on D, getting stuck. And you’ve got players who sought out to try and get you stuck by putting the center at the top of the key.

I can play sim ball or cheese and beat ya ass dont matter to me (not pointed at any one directly)
Also - outside of the 2kverse EVERYONE cheeses in every game… madden… smash… LoL… rocket league… overwatch - these games are COMPETITIVE.

10% : decent / basketball iq …sim ball
60% : casual players / not so good
25% : complete ass
that 5%, i don’t bumb into them often but when i do they be the most frustrating games to win. i either get humbled or i barely win that game.
