For those who’re unaware of this reporter, (RDAmbition) is a Reddit User (who’s also a Lakers insider (Btw the Mods of R/Lakers have confirmed RDAmbitions does indeed have connections to the Lakers FO (you can see one of the mods further explain this in the thread provided)).
TLDR: It appears Kawhi’s camp (and Kawhi himself according to RDAmbitions) would prefer Kawhi to go to the Lakers over the Clippers (this is what RDAmbitions has heard from the Lakers FO) if he leaves the Raptors.
In short, even if Kawhi does stay with Toronto, at the very least this confirms that the Lakers and Kawhi’s Camp have had discussions.
Yeah this insider is for real, he even reported the teams that had interest in the AD Trade weeks before it happened too. So this dude is reliable (he’s basically reporting what the Lakers FO is experiencing)
Lol my guy, this isn’t over just yet, Kawhi can still stay with the Raptors. However, RDAmbitions has a “very reliable” reputation. So this dude is legit.
What’s even more hilarious is that Woj was on air a few minutes ago saying, “Lakers may not have ENOUGH CAP SPACE, and Kawhi to the Clippers makes so much more sense.” Excluding the Clippers part, does this dude not know that the Lakers have had a max slot for the past 24 hours?
