If I’m the Sixers I’d consider trading Fultz and Zhaire for Love and JR. Once Love heals, that’d give them a starting 5 of:
Simmons
Reddick
Butler
Love
Embiid
and a bench unit of
McConnell
Shamet
JR
Chandler
Muscala
If you mix your rotations up, that’s a pretty solid core of guys. It’d be a win now move for the Sixers, I don’t think they’d be giving up that much. I also think Philly is now a viable free agent destination, they don’t need to worry as much about having to develop players if they can potentially sign another all star.
