How much is Durant worth?

The 96 is pretty similar to the 98. But just speaking of the 96 overall Durant how much is he really worth? Sold off a lot of players thinking about getting him. But is he worth the 270k?

I think anything below 300k is very cheap for that card, main reason is most guys who want him has already locked him. Price competition is low and supply is good.
