A problem has been encountered that prevents the game from continuing. This game won’t count
It’s so frustrating, and it happens 7/10 times on Unlimited, while on Limited it happens every single game. Sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes 2 minutes befor the end of the 4th quarter.
I made the jump from PS4 to PS5 just a few days about, but it has been a complete disaster in 2K21 terms… other games work fine.
Someone experiencing the same issue? Any fix suggestions?

Probably a redundant comment…but are you hard wire connected? The only time I’ve consistently had this problem is when I was trying to use WiFi. Might be emphasised by the increased next gen data transfer and the unstable wifi can’t handle

I really have no clue what to do besides to play the PS4 version of the game…

Give your console a static IP, open all necessary ports or put that IP on dmz.

Deleted the app and all correlated data from the console and reinstalled.
Just managed to play a full game… hopefully it’s finally fixed, if not I’ll come back to you brother 🥲
Phew- I was getting worried the hack from PC had been replicated on PS5.
