Can I get some sniping tips please?

I’ve never set out with the intent to snipe but I have come across some random snipes from time to time. That being said, I have no idea what an actual snipe session entails. What are some decent strategies? What is your mindset heading into a snipe session? I plan to do some tonight and I have 140k to work with, which I figure to be plenty to get me rolling (hopefully)
