It’s been a long time coming. But this game is terrible. Was gonna keep playing until the MyTeam Madness tourney but I can’t even force myself to stick around until then. No interest in playing a supposed competitive game that’s decided more upon RNG than player skill. Whether I come pack for 2K21 or not is up in the air. Gameplay would need to be drastically changed and improved upon on next gen for me to even consider it. I’ll probably still stick around on 2KG because despite the terrible game we’ve been dealt, this forum has always been a great place.
Can’t blame you, this game is a joke. Yesterday I lost to a dude in one game and beat him by 34 in another… It’s the second time something like that happened to me this week. This is an rng fest, not a competitive game.
I think quitting now i the natural process of a game with this duration .
I barely play now , it’s summer and This mode doenst have nothing consistent to do after 250 k besides trying cards , my rest of 2k it’s only on park to interact and have fun

Not going to lie, I did this same thing, talked about how I was done with myteam, didn’t like the gameplay in myteam, and yet found myself talking to Mike Tyson like 2 days laters, the love of basketball and the addiction of competition is too great to stay away, for me atleast
All I know is I’m not falling for the preorder BS. I’m waiting until next gen and giving it a month or two to see what people really think of the game after the novelty of shiny new graphics and high fidelity sweat beads have worn off
Yeah, I hate the monopoly they have over NBA games. But with UFC 4 and Skate 4 being promised for next gen, I’ll be able to live if next gen 2K is still ass
