I don’t know what the Mavs would offer and how the salaries would match up. Their 1st round picks don’t have nearly the value the Blazers might. Maybe somebody has an angle I’m not seeing.

Luka needs that 1 extra piece to compete against brons team. Not that lillard wouldn’t do better with that same piece but seems like fans wanna see the young foreign guy compete against his idle on a championship level. I’m thinking the nba wants this to happen too and could influence it to happen.
