Are themed packs gone in 2k19?

I didnt see anything about them, im assuming they will be their, but they didnt mention it, just league and throwback packs

If anything they will add more promos. It’s something to ‘announce’ and generate hype when the release the 4th version of a card that’s marginally better than the 3rd one they released 4 weeks ago

Hopefully they are gone. They only promote making players unrealistic.

Idk they could be. They seem to be focusing a lot on high rated historic cards, maybe there will only be moments and historic.
