How do you stop them from biting you?

Mine bites all the time I just make sure I wear socks

My cat used to do the same and eventually stopped. I would just grab a toy or something and throw it to make my cat chase it and she’d stop

I heard this before. Yeah I can tell she’s just doing it to play but man it hurts sometimes & scratching too. Cutting her nails was a pain in the ass

I have two brothers who are a little over 2 years old now. We got them as 12-week-olds. They wanted to scratch and bite all the time when you tried to pet them. It’s pretty normal kitten behavior. They are conditioned to play-fight even though they’ve been domesticated for centuries. And at that young of an age, they have no idea how to hold back on their aggressiveness. Now my two cats still like to play fight but have learned how hard they can bite without doing me lasting physical harm LOL.

Some cats are just biters.
I got my daughter’s cat a nice scratching post, and she goes to town on that thing. It really seemed to help with her wanting to aggressively play so much.

She’s been sleeping in it every night, great investment & that blue mouse is the favorite toy. Starts kicking it too

We only got two because they were brothers at a rescue organization. I couldn’t take one without the other, especially seeing how close they were (and still are).
My daughter’s cat, Lucy. She has a great personality, and is literally my daughter’s best friend.

Every cat has a different behavior. I think the nibbling is cute and I let them do it but may not be a good idea if you want them to stop. My cats never did it but I’ve known some who have.
