Pick whomever looks interesting. Except for maybe Magic with his unique position lock, you can literally pick any player from the amethyst list and buy a better player from the AH for less than 10K.

I know there are better players out there for cheap and these will probably wont even crack ny line up but they are free with Tokens and is a step closer towards the Opal tier

Bill Russell is good for defense, but you have deandre for that. I redeemed all 4 centers though since i felt they were all good, so he would still be worth considering. You don’t have a PF yet and Coleman is decent. Also picked Gugliotta and Rodman, but Rodman in particular is a situational player at best I feel like. Caron butler is good offensively but is a bad defender. There’s no perfect option, so like the other commenter said if you see someone that you want to try or think would be fun go for it.

Magic and Battier are the only 2 I’ve taken and I’m not taking anymore until they update the market. Magic and Battier are some dogs tho
i can pickup the last 3 Amy rewards i need to open the Diamond market, but I’m trying to hold off long enough for them to give us new/better cards before wasting those tokens. Not sure I’m willing to wait a week or more though…

Dont pick up Jefferson. He is slow, weird animations and clanks every shot he gets.
Given their trend so far of re-releasing token cards into packs, I could see it coming earlier this year. But last year they didnt add new cards to the lower tiers until February. And I think it was march or April before multiple D/PD were added. Personally I’m not willing to wait that long. Going full steam ahead towards Drob, only thing I’ll do is maybe hold off on redeeming the last couple PD before I’ve got enough. There’s some really undesirable cards in the PD tier plus the price that they already re-released.

I’m trying to get to diamond and will hold off redeeming anyone else once I get there. Is there anyone worth getting at the top of the diamond tier, or should I hold off

Gilmore is a 7-2 beast at C. He’s Still my backup (to Ewing) and he’s an absolute glass cleaner. Good backdown finisher, too. Cousy and Hardaway are both solid if you need a backup PG. Petrovic is the one SG in the token set that has quick draw in combination with range extender.
Gilmore and Cousy at least. They are the best 2. And at least going off of last year they didn’t add enough token rewards that would make you regret taking at least the first couple until very late in the year.
Gilmore is better than Walace with all those HOF?
Songbird is a cool card but not useful, thurl is a rebound machine with a huge player model. Googs is just not very good. Richie is meh too. Magic jordan russel only ones still useable
I have both and I’d say so, Gilmore’s size and offense give him the advantage I think. Both are worth redeeming at some point though, unless you are saving all of your tokens for later.
